Refund Policy for ArenaX League

Thank you for choosing ArenaX League. Because our platform provides access to digital competitions, leaderboard systems, and tournament entry slots, our refund terms are specific to how our events operate. Please read this policy carefully before registering for any competition.

 

1. Tournament Entry Fees Are Generally Non-Refundable

Once you register for a tournament and submit payment, all entry fees are final and non-refundable, except under the conditions listed below.

This is because:

• Tournament brackets begin formation immediately

• Spots are reserved for registered players

• Digital access and participation rights are granted instantly

 

2. Situations Where Refunds May Be Granted

ArenaX League may issue refunds only under the following circumstances:

A. Event Cancellation

If ArenaX League cancels a tournament (not postponed), all registered players will receive a full refund.

B. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally pay twice for the same event, we will refund the duplicate charge.

C. Platform Error

If a system malfunction prevents you from:

• Accessing your tournament

• Receiving your confirmed tournament spot

• Viewing or using the platform

…and it is verified to be on ArenaX League’s side, we may offer a refund.

D. Eligibility Issues Caused by Our Error

If ArenaX incorrectly restricts your account or prevents your participation due to an internal mistake, a refund may be issued.

 

3. Situations Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind

• User error or misunderstanding of rules

• Failure to attend or compete

• Poor performance or early elimination

• Internet issues, device problems, or personal technical failure

• Violation of tournament rules or disqualification

• Withdrawal after the tournament begins

• Inability to access a third-party broker or demo platform

 

4. Prize Pool and Payout Refunds

Prize winnings are not refundable under any circumstances.
Once payouts are delivered, they are final.

 

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under an approved circumstance, contact:

• A brief explanation

Requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.
