Welcome to ArenaX League (“ArenaX,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, tournaments, competitions, and services (“Services”). By accessing or participating in ArenaX League, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

By using ArenaX League, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region)

• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

• Are not prohibited from participating by local laws or regulations

• Will use the platform for lawful purposes only

ArenaX League reserves the right to deny access to any user at our discretion.

2. Nature of the Platform

ArenaX League is a competitive trading platform where users participate in tournaments using simulated/demo accounts.
No real trading occurs on our platform.

• No real capital is traded

• All trading happens on third-party demo or simulated accounts

• Cash prizes are awarded based on performance metrics, not real trading profit

ArenaX League is not a broker, prop firm, or financial advisor.

3. User Accounts

To participate in tournaments, users must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

• Notify support@ArenaXLeague.com of any unauthorized access

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.

4. Tournament Participation

By entering a tournament, you agree to:

• Follow all posted rules

• Compete using a verified demo/simulated account

• Allow ArenaX League to access, track, and display your trading data

• Accept leaderboard rankings as final unless system errors are proven

• Refrain from cheating, exploiting, or manipulating the system

ArenaX may disqualify users for suspicious activity, including but not limited to:

• Using multiple accounts

• Manipulating data

• Automating trades where prohibited

• Violating trading platform rules

• Attempting to exploit system weaknesses

Disqualification decisions are at ArenaX’s sole discretion.

5. Entry Fees and Payments

Some tournaments require entry fees. You agree that:

• Entry fees are generally non-refundable

• Refunds follow our posted Refund Policy

• Prize payouts will be delivered to the method you specify

• You are responsible for providing accurate payout information

ArenaX may require identity verification prior to prize distribution.

6. Prize Pools & Payouts

All prizes are based on performance in simulated trading competitions.

• Prize amounts are published on tournament pages

• Payouts may take up to 7–14 business days

• ArenaX is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors

If fraud or rule violations are detected, ArenaX may withhold or reverse payouts.

7. Platform Behavior

You agree NOT to:

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the platform

• Use bots, automation, or scripts to gain advantage

• Engage in abusive communication or harassment

• Misrepresent your identity

• Upload harmful or illegal content

Violations may result in immediate account termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All ArenaX League content—including logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and technology—is the exclusive property of ArenaX League.

You may not:

• Copy

• Modify

• Reproduce

• Distribute

• Sell

• Create derivative works

…without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

ArenaX League integrates with:

• Trading platforms (demo/simulated accounts)

• Payment processors

• Analytics tools

• Authentication services

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or policy changes of any third-party service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ArenaX League is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:

• Continuous or error-free operation

• Accurate or real-time data

• That competitions will run without interruption

• That participation will improve trading skills or financial results

Use the platform at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• ArenaX League is not liable for any loss, damages, or injury resulting from platform use

• This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use of the platform.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violating these Terms

• Cheating or manipulation

• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

• Abuse toward staff or participants

• Legal concerns or investigations

Terminated users may lose access to tournaments, rankings, and future participation.

13. Modifications to Terms

ArenaX League may update these Terms at any time.
Updates will be posted with a new effective date.
Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
