Welcome to ArenaX Inc. (“ArenaX,” “Arena-X,” “ArenaX Trading League,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ArenaX website, competitions, tournaments, and related services (“Services”).

By accessing or participating in ArenaX, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the platform.​

 

1. Eligibility

By using ArenaX, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region)

  • Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms

  • Are not restricted from participation under your local laws

  • Will use the platform only for lawful purposes

ArenaX reserves the right to deny, restrict, or suspend access at our sole discretion.

 

2. Nature of the Platform

ArenaX is a skill-based competitive platform where participants engage in simulated trading tournaments using demo accounts.

No real trading occurs.

  • No real capital is traded

  • No brokerage or investment services are provided

  • Competitions use simulated data feeds

  • Awards and prizes are based solely on competition performance, not actual trading profit

ArenaX is not a broker, exchange, prop firm, or financial adviser.

 

3. User Accounts

To participate, users must create an account and agree to:

  • Provide accurate registration information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under their account

ArenaX may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

4. Tournament Participation

By entering a tournament, you agree to:

  • Follow all published competition rules

  • Compete using authorized demo/simulated accounts

  • Allow ArenaX to access, track, and display your simulated trading performance

  • Accept leaderboard and ranking results as final unless a proven system error exists

  • Refrain from cheating, exploiting, or manipulating the platform

ArenaX may disqualify participants for:

  • Using multiple accounts

  • Manipulating or falsifying data

  • Unauthorized automation or bot activity

  • Violating trading platform restrictions

  • Abusing or exploiting system vulnerabilities

All disqualification decisions are final and determined at ArenaX’s sole discretion.

 

5. Entry Fees and Payments

Some competitions require entry fees. By participating, you acknowledge:

  • Entry fees are generally non-refundable

  • Refunds follow the posted Refund Policy

  • Prize payouts require valid personal and payment information

  • Identity verification may be required

Entry fees are access fees, not investments.

 

6. Prize Pools & Payouts

All prizes are competition awards, not income or investment returns.

  • Prize amounts are shown on each tournament’s page

  • Awards may take up to 7–14 business days to process

  • ArenaX is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors

  • ArenaX may withhold or reverse payouts in cases of rule violations or fraud

Most participants will not win prizes.

 

7. Skill-Based Competition Notice

ArenaX competitions are skill-based, and outcomes depend on:

  • Strategy

  • Execution

  • Timing

  • Market understanding

ArenaX does not offer gambling or games of chance.

 

8. Platform Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the platform

  • Use automation, bots, or scripts to gain an advantage

  • Engage in abusive conduct or harassment

  • Misrepresent your identity

  • Upload unlawful or harmful content

Violations may result in immediate termination.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All ArenaX content — logos, names, graphics, technology, systems, and materials — is owned exclusively by ArenaX Inc.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the platform without written permission.

 

10. Third-Party Services

ArenaX integrates with:

  • Payment processors

  • Authentication tools

  • Analytics providers

  • Demo trading platforms

ArenaX is not responsible for:

  • Outages

  • Errors

  • Data delays

  • Policy changes

  • Service interruptions

caused by third-party providers.

 

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

ArenaX is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

  • Real-time or accurate data

  • Improvement of user trading skill

  • Any financial benefit or winnings

Use the platform at your own risk.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

ArenaX is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages resulting from:

  • Platform use

  • Competition participation

  • Data issues

  • Technical failures

  • Disqualifications

  • Payment delays

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the platform.

13. Termination

ArenaX may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violating these Terms

  • Fraud or manipulation

  • Abusive behavior

  • Legal or compliance concerns

Terminated users lose access to tournaments, rankings, rewards, and future participation.

 

14. Modifications to Competitions & Terms

ArenaX may modify, pause, or cancel competitions at any time, including:

  • Rules

  • Scoring

  • Prize amounts

  • Entry fees

ArenaX may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, unless otherwise required by local regulations.

16. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ArenaX regarding platform use.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the rest remain enforceable
